The Digital Book Reader also referred to as an ebook reader or e-reader is a small hand-held electronic device that enables the user to download and read books, newspapers and magazines. Unlike laptop screens, the digital reader utilizes a new electronic ink technology that give the text on-screen an appearance which is very similar to traditional ink on paper and provides a comfortable read without glare or eye strain.
A typical reader is approximately 10 ounces or lighter and 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick. Shop for an ebook directly from the reader whether in a taxi, at the airport, or in bed and have the book auto-delivered wireless in less than a minute. With an ability to store hundreds of titles the digital reader is the ideal choice for an avid reader.
